Main Campus – Los Angeles

Our main campus is located in the city of Los Angeles, near the vibrant neighborhood of Korea Town. This central location hosts our administrative and faculty offices, five well-equipped classrooms (both large and small), a student lounge, a spacious concert and chapel hall, and a modern library with an integrated computer lab.

Library

The university library provides a growing academic collection in the fields of theology, music, life sciences, physical sciences, and social sciences. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, offering a quiet and resourceful environment for study and research.

Academic Computer Lab

The Academic Computer Lab is equipped with modern personal computers and provides full Internet access and word processing software. Students are welcome to use the lab to type papers, conduct research, or complete assignments in a focused and well-supported environment.

Campus Environment

Housing and Local Life

While on-campus housing is not available, we assist students in finding accommodations in nearby apartments, residence hotels, and shared housing. Los Angeles offers an incredible variety of international cuisine — no matter your tastes, you’ll find something familiar and delicious.

Spiritual Community

Every week, we gather as a community for chapel. These are dynamic moments of passionate worship, biblical teaching, and spiritual renewal — a core part of the Living Water experience.

Student Activities and Clubs

We encourage students to form clubs based on shared interests. Faculty and staff are available to offer guidance and help students connect with university resources. Community, creativity, and collaboration are at the heart of student life here.

🎓 Scholarships and Financial Aid

Living Water University does not participate in federal or state financial aid programs at this time. However, several scholarship opportunities are available. Students may submit a scholarship application during the admissions process or request one from the Registrar’s Office. Awards are granted by a scholarship committee based on donor criteria.

🏅 President’s Sacrificial Leadership Scholarship

  • Award: Up to a full-tuition scholarship per year (covers tuition, books, room & board)
  • Eligibility: GPA of 4.0, 30 units completed, demonstrated sacrificial leadership
  • Selection: Scholarship Committee and the University President

📖 Dean of Theology’s Honorary Scholarship

  • Award: Up to half-time tuition per academic year
  • Eligibility: GPA of 3.65, 30 units completed, strong theological leadership potential
  • Selection: Dean of Theology and Scholarship Committee

🤝 Additional Scholarships

Several churches and Christian organizations provide financial support to help students attend Living Water University. We encourage applicants to reach out to their local church or presbytery for potential sponsorship opportunities.

📘 Official Tuition Refund Policy

Effective Date: 12/01/2025


1️⃣ No Refund Policy

All tuition, application fees, administrative fees, and any other payments made to the School are non-refundable, unless a separate refund schedule has been provided.

By completing registration and submitting payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.


2️⃣ Refund Request Procedure (Exceptional Circumstances Only)

In exceptional and extraordinary circumstances, a student may request consideration for a refund.

All refund-related fees shall be the responsibility of the student and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate this process, the student must submit the official Refund Request Form, which must include:

  • Full legal name and student ID (if applicable)
  • Detailed written explanation of the reason for the request
  • Date of submission and contact information
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., medical documents, legal documents)

Refund Request Forms must be submitted via email to accounting@livingwater.education.

Incomplete forms will not be processed.


3️⃣ Review and Approval

  • Submission of a Refund Request Form does not guarantee refund approval.
  • The School reserves the sole and exclusive right to approve or deny any refund request.
  • All final decisions will be issued in writing.
  • If a refund is approved, processing will occur within 5–10 business days from the approval date.

4️⃣ Student Acknowledgment

  • Students are required to review and acknowledge this policy prior to registration.
  • Registration constitutes full and voluntary agreement to the terms of this Refund Policy.
  • If payment is made online, an electronic acknowledgment (checkbox) is required prior to submitting tuition or fees.

5️⃣ Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

  • This Refund Policy will be used as official documentation in the event of a dispute or chargeback filed through Stripe or any other payment processor.
  • Filing a dispute without first submitting a Refund Request Form and following the required procedures may result in the School contesting the dispute and providing this policy and related records as evidence.
  • The School reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under California law in cases of fraudulent or improper chargebacks.
  • If the student fails to follow the official Refund Request Procedure and instead initiates a dispute through a bank or credit card company, all dispute-related fees shall also be the responsibility of the student.

6️⃣ Compliance With California Law

This policy is subject to all applicable California state laws governing private postsecondary educational institutions.

Nothing in this policy shall supersede any California law that applies to the School.

If the School qualifies for religious exemption under the California Education Code, this policy remains fully valid and enforceable while respecting all applicable legal requirements.


7️⃣ Amendments

The School reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published and will apply prospectively from the date of posting.
