Official Tuition Refund Policy
Living Water University — California, USA · Effective Date: 12/01/2025
1. No Refund Policy
All tuition, application fees, administrative fees, and any other payments made to the School are non-refundable, unless a separate refund schedule has been established in writing.
By completing registration and submitting payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
In exceptional and extraordinary circumstances, a student may request consideration for a refund.
All refund-related fees shall be the responsibility of the student and will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate this process, the student must submit the official Refund Request Form, which must include: full legal name and student ID (if applicable); a detailed written explanation of the reason; date of submission and contact information; and supporting documentation, if applicable.
Submission of a Refund Request Form does not guarantee refund approval.
The School reserves the sole and exclusive right to approve or deny any refund request. All final decisions will be issued in writing.
If a refund is approved, processing will occur within 5–10 business days from the approval date.
4. Student Acknowledgment
Students are required to review and acknowledge this policy prior to registration.
Registration constitutes full and voluntary agreement to the terms of this Refund Policy.
If payment is made online, an electronic acknowledgment (checkbox) is required prior to submitting tuition or fees.
5. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
This Refund Policy will be used as official documentation in the event of a dispute or chargeback filed through Stripe or any other payment processor.
Filing a dispute without first submitting a Refund Request Form and following the required procedures may result in the School contesting the dispute.
The School reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under California law in cases of fraudulent or improper chargebacks.
6. Compliance With California Law
This policy is subject to all applicable California state laws governing private postsecondary educational institutions.
Nothing in this policy shall supersede any California law that applies to the School.
If the School qualifies for religious exemption under the California Education Code, this policy remains fully valid and enforceable while respecting that status.
7. Amendments
The School reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be published and will apply prospectively from the date of posting.
*All terms remain fully valid and enforceable as written.
